  1. 4 cups 250g / 8.8oz Diced seeded tomato

  2. 3 tablespoons 45ml Chopped fresh oregano

  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Minced green onions

  4. 3 tablespoons 45ml Fresh lemon juice

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Olive oil

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Coriander seeds - crushed

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  8. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Crushed red pepper

  9. 2 Garlic cloves - minced

  10. 6 cups 1422ml Hot cooked vermicelli

  11. (3/4 pound uncooked pasta)

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl, and toss well. Add the pasta; toss well. Yield: 8 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
