  1. 2 c Chickpeas, cooked

  2. 1 ts Worcestershire sauce

  3. Salt & pepper to taste

  4. Celery salt to taste

  5. 1/2 ts Chili powder

  6. 1 ts Cumin

  7. 1/2 ts Dry mustard

  8. 1 Beaten egg

  9. 1/4 c Dried milk

  10. 2 Garlic cloves, minced

  11. 1/4 c Tahini

  12. 1/2 c Parsley

  13. Oil as needed

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Puree beans & parsley in a blender.

  3. Put in a bowl & add the other ingredients except the oil.

  4. Mix well & spoon onto a baking sheet.

  5. Flatten each patty & brush with oil.

  6. Bake until crusty & golden, about 15 minutes.

  7. This can be re-heated once cooked by frying in hot oil with some seasonings in the oil.
