  2. 200 g 1 1/2 teaspoon 125 ml 2 tablespoon 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon 225 g 1/4 2 tablesppon

  5. Fresh button mushrooms

  6. Cornstarch

  7. Water or broth

  8. Nuoc Cham sauce

  9. Sugar

  10. Oyster sauce

  11. Steak

  12. Cauliflower

  13. Vegetable oil

  14. Garlic

  15. Onion

  16. Black pepper, grounded

  17. Coriander (cilantro) leaves for garnishing

  1. Slice steak into thin strips about 2 inlong. Separate cauliflower into flowerets then divide into two.

  2. Drain liquid from mushrooms, measure 125ml and mix with cornstarch.

  3. tablespoon Nuoc Cham sauce, and oystersauce.

  4. Peel and finely chop garlic. Cut onionlengthwise into eighths.

  5. Pour 1 tablesp0on Nuoc Cham sauce oversliced meat and grind pepper over it. Turn and leave to stand for 20minutes.

  6. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add garlicand onion, and stir-fry until onion separates and softens.

  7. Add cauliflower and mushrooms. Cover,reduce heat, and cook for 4 minutes.

  8. Add meat and cook until meat is cooked toyour liking. Stir in liquid mixture.

  9. Continue stirring till sauce thickens.

  10. Serve on platter. Garnish with corianderleaves.
