  1. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Onions - chopped

  2. 3/4 cup 109g / 3.8oz Green bell pepper - chopped

  3. 1 Garlic clove - minced

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter or margarine

  5. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Shrimp - shelled/deveined

  6. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Crawfish tails - peeled

  7. 1 Cream/mushroom soup - (10 3/4oz)

  8. 3 cups 480g / 16oz Rice - cooked

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Parsley - chopped

  10. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Lemon juice

  11. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Salt

  12. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Black pepper

  13. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Cayenne pepper

  14. 2 White bread slices

  15. 1/4 cup 59ml Milk

  16. Paprika

  1. In large saucepan, cook onions, bell pepper and garlic in butter until crisp-tender.

  2. Add shrimp; cook 3 minutes longer.

  3. Stir in soup, rice parsley, lemon juice and seasonings. Add bread soaked in milk; mix well.

  4. Spoon into buttered shallow 2-quart casserole; sprinkle with paprika.

  5. Bake in preheated 350F oven 30 minutes.
