  2. Deveined, or thawed frozen)

  3. 3 Eggs

  4. 3 c Milk

  5. 1/4 c Chopped green bell pepper

  6. 1/4 c Chopped small green onions

  7. 1/2 c Chopped celery hearts

  8. 2 c Corn scraped from cob, or Cups canned cream style corn

  9. 1 ds Tabasco sauce or Bermuda

  10. Pepper sauce

  11. 1 ts Worcestershire sauce

  12. 1 ts Prepared mustard

  13. 1/4 c Butter

  14. Salt

  15. Pepper

  16. Unsalted crackers

  17. Cracker crumbs

  1. Line a well-buttered shallow casserole with crackers.

  2. Beat the eggs with the milk and add the shrimp and vegetables.

  3. Add seasoning and rectify to taste.

  4. Pour into the casserole and sprinkle with cracker crumbs.

  5. Dot with butter.

  6. Bake one hour at 350F.
