  1. 3 Eggs - beaten

  2. 1 1/4 cups 247g / 8.7oz Sugar

  3. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Enriched flour

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Nutmeg

  6. 2 1/2 cups 592ml Rhubarb - red,

  7. 1 inch slices

  8. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Strawberries - fresh, sliced

  9. 1 Pastry for 9" lattice crust

  10. 1 tablespoon 15ml Butter or margarine

  1. Combine eggs, sugar, flour, salt, and nutmeg; mix well. Combine rhubarb and strawberries. Line 9" pie plate with pastry; fill with fruits.

  2. Pour egg mixture over. Dot with butter. Top with lattice crust, crimping edge high.

  3. Bake at 400F about 40 minutes.

  4. Fill openings in lattice crust with whole strawberries. Serve warm- plain, or topped with vanilla ice cream.
