  1. Heat a teaspoon of oil in the skillet and brown the beef. Remove the meat and drain off the fat. Leave some meat in the skillet to brown the celery and onions. Add the remaining meat and the other ingredients. Stir for a bit and remove from heat. Place the mixture in greased baking pans, preheated at 350 degree Fahrenheit.

  2. Cheesy Potatoes Ingredients 2 lb pkg. frozen hash browns 1 cup diced onion 1 cup cream of chicken soup 1 lb sour cream 1/4 lb melted butter 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese Thaw the potatoes, clean them and slice them. Mix all the ingredients and place them on greased baking pans. Bake the dish for 1 hour at 350 degree Fahrenheit.

Chicken Potluck Ingredients 5 chicken breasts 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 box frozen peas 1 bag egg noodles 1 onion 1 can water chestnuts 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Parsley to taste Boil the egg noodles and the chicken breast till tender. In a skillet, mix the remaining ingredients and brown cook them well. Now, place the chicken breasts on the bottom of a greased baking pan, egg noodles on top, then remaining ingredients and lastly layer it with cheddar cheese. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes.

  4. Lettuce Salad Ingredients 1 head lettuce, cut in pieces 1 cup diced celery 1 cup sliced carrots 1 medium onion, chopped 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced 12 strips bacon, fried and crumbled 1 cup frozen peas, thawed and uncooked Layer bacon, eggs, onion, peas, carrots, celery and lettuce in a greased baking pan. Bake till the bacon is cooked. For the dressing mix two tablespoons of salad dressing, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon vinegar and spread it over the vegetables. Refrigerate the salad and serve it with some shredded cheese.

  5. Cabbage Coleslaw Ingredients 1 pkg. shredded cabbage 1 can drained, chunk pineapple 1/2 cup coconut Mayonnaise to taste (3 - 4 tbsp.) Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Add the mayonnaise and refrigerate it for an hour before serving.

Onion Dip and Beef Ingredients 8-oz package of cream cheese 1/4 cup of sour cream 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1 - 2 diced green onions 1 packet of chipped beef, diced All you need to do to make this simple potluck recipe, is mix all the ingredients together. Serve this dip with Ritz crackers or make a few cheese balls.
