    2. 1 unpeeled tart apple, chopped

    3. 1/2 cup chopped celery

    4. 1/2 cup chopped green pepper

    5. 1/4 cup vegetable oil

    6. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

    7. 2 tablespoons honey

    8. 1 teaspoon celery seed

    1. In a bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, apple, celery and green pepper. In a small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients. Pour over coleslaw and toss to coat. ');
