    2. Title: SZECHWAN NOODLES

    5. 1/4 c Sesame oil

    6. 1/2 c Soy sauce

    7. Ginger; grated to taste

    8. Garlic; minced

    9. Hot bean paste ; to taste

    10. 1/4 c Creamy peanut butter

    11. Pasta; hot cooked fresh hom

    12. Scallions; garnish shaved

    13. Mix all ingredients and add to pasta; toss to coat,

    14. garnish and serve immediately. Note: Only use enough

    15. sauce to coat the pasta. Store any remaining sauce in

    16. the refrigerator. --
