  1. 3 cups 711ml Cucumbers (medium)

  2. 3 3/4 cups 888ml Vinegar

  3. 3 cups 594g / 20oz Sugar - may use up to

  4. 6 cups

  5. 3 tablespoons 45ml Salt

  6. 4 tablespoons 60ml Celery seeds

  7. 4 tablespoons 60ml Turmeric

  8. 3/4 tablespoon 11ml Mustard seeds

  1. Wash and cut cucumbers into sticks. Place in glass, enamel or crockery container. Pour boiling water over the cucumbers; let stand for 4 to 5 hours. Drain water and pack cucumbers tightly in hot glass jars. Make pickling solution of vinegar, sugar and spices. Pour over cucumbers.

  2. Fill to within 1/2" from top. Seal jars and boil for 3 minutes.
