  1. 4 tablespoons 60ml Vegetable oil

  2. 3 Garlic cloves - crushed

  3. 2 Tomatoes - cut into wedges

  4. 4 oz 113g Deep-fried tofu - cubed

  5. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Bean sprouts

  6. 2 Red chilies - sliced

  7. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Green onion - chopped

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Pepper

  10. 2 tablespoons 30ml Vegetarian oyster sauce

  11. 4 tablespoons 60ml Cilantro leaves - chopped

  1. Heat the oil in a wok & stir-fry the garlic until brown. Add the tomatoes, tofu, bean sprouts, chilies, onion, salt, pepper & oyster sauce. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with the cilantro.
