  1. 1 package(s) 16 oz. smoked salmon slices

  2. 1 package(s) 8 oz. whipped cream cheese

  3. 1/4 cup(s) low-fat mayonnaise dressing

  4. 3 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice

  5. 1/8 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper

  6. 1 tablespoon(s) drained capers

  7. Chives chopped , for garnish

  8. Assorted crackers

  1. In food processor with knife blade attached, blend salmon, cream cheese, mayonnaise dressing, lemon juice, and black pepper until smooth. Add capers and pulse until just mixed.

  2. Spoon salmon mixture into medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate if not serving right away. Allow to stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to soften before serving. Garnish with chives. Serve with crackers and cucumber slices. Nutritional information is based on one tablespoon.
