  1. 8 Eggs

  2. 1 ts Salt

  3. 1/4 ts Pepper

  4. 2 c Cooked noodles

  5. 1 c Shredded Cheddar cheese

  6. 2 tb Finely chopped green pepper

  7. 1 tb Finely chopped pimiento

  8. 1. In a deep, 2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole, beat the

  9. eggs with salt and pepper. 2. Stir in cooked noodles, Cheddar cheese, green pepper and pimiento.

  10. 3. Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven 3 minutes stirring after each 1 minute

  11. 4. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes at room temperature. Cut into wedges and serve.
