    2. GROUND PORK PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

    7. 1/2 lb Ground pork

    8. 1 c Lard

    9. 1 c Sugar

    10. 1 c Brown sugar

    11. 2 Eggs -- well beaten

    12. 3 c Flour

    13. 2 ts Soda

    14. 1/2 ts Cinnamon

    15. 1/2 c Peanut butter

    16. 1/2 c Nuts

    17. 1/2 c Orange rind -- shredded

    18. Brown ground pork; drain. Cream lard, white sugar, brown sugar and eggs.

    19. Add flour, soda, cinnamon. Blend in peanut butter, nuts and shredded orange

    20. rind. Stir in ground pork. Shape into small balls on greased cookie sheet.

    21. 350 for 10 min. Makes

    22. 5 doz.
