  2. 1 1/2 Cups Cooked AM Anasazi Beans -- drained

  3. 1 1/2 Cups Bean juice -- water or milk

  4. 1/2 Cup Molasses or maple syrup

  5. 1 Egg

  6. 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

  7. 2 Teaspoons Non-alum baking powder

  8. 1 1/2 Cups AM Whole Wheat Flour

  9. 1/3 Cup Carob powder

  10. 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon

  11. 1 Pinch Nutmeg

  1. Blend beans, juice, molasses, egg, and vanilla in a blender or foodprocessor.

  2. Add dry ingredients to blender and mix until smooth. Fill oiled muffin tins2/3 full. Bake at 350 F. for 25 minutes, or until done.
