  1. 1 Onion Sliced

  2. 1/2 Green Pepper Thinly Sliced

  3. 1/2lb Mushrooms Sliced

  4. 1/2lb Spinach Torn Into Bite- Sized Pieces

  5. 1 c Mung Bean Sprouts

  6. 1 Block Firm Tofu, Cut Into Cubes

  7. 1/4c Sesame Seeds

  8. 2 tb Low Sodium Tamari

  9. 4 c Cooked Brown Rice

  1. + Directions : 1. Saute Onion and Green Pepper in 1/4 C. Water for 10 Min.

  2. add Tofu and Mushrooms. Cook An Additional 10 Min.

  3. add Spinach, Bean Sprouts, Sesame Seeds and Tamari. Cover and Steam 5 Min. To Wilt Spinach.

  4. Mix in 4 C. Cooked Brown Rice. Heat Through and Serve Hot.
