  1. 100g dark chocolate

  2. 2 tbsp whole milk

  3. 8 tbsp double cream

  4. 2 tsp vanilla extract Marshmallows Assorted fruits for dipping

  1. In a pan gently heat the milk, cream, vanilla extract and chocolate until melted, stir to combine and then tip into the fondue dish with the lit tea light underneath. Cut the fruit into bite size chunks, place on a plate with the marshmallows. Dip and enjoy.
