  1. 1 1/2 cup warm water

  2. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  3. 1 tablespoon honey

  4. 2 cups whole wheat flour

  5. 1/2 cup brown rice flour

  6. 1/3 cup spelt flour

  7. 1/3 cup buckwheat flour

  8. 1/3 cup rye flour

  9. 1/3 cup oatmeal

  10. 1/4 cup cornmeal

  11. 1/3 cup gluten

  12. 1 teaspoon salt

  13. 11/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

  2. Select Basic bread cycle and start machine.
