  1. 1 Onion - finely chopped

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fat or cooking oil

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Vinegar

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Brown sugar

  5. 4 tablespoons 60ml Lemon juice

  6. 1 cup 237ml Catsup

  7. 3 tablespoons 45ml Worcestershire sauce

  8. 1/2 cup 118ml Water

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Tabasco sauce - salt to taste

  10. Smoke may be added

  11. If desired

  1. Brown onion in the oil and add remaining ingredients.

  2. Simmer for 30 minutes.

  3. Transfer to a blender and thoroughly blend, making a smooth sauce, ready for beef, chicken, pork, or little fuzzy lambs...
