  1. Ingredients (serves 2)

  2. 60ml (1/4 cup) Frangelico liqueur

  3. 60ml (1/4 cup) Baileys Original Irish Cream liqueur

  4. 60ml (1/4 cup) Kahlua liqueur

  5. 125ml (1/2 cup) pouring cream

  6. 2 tbs bought chocolate sauce

  7. 1 1/2 tbs honey

  8. 2/3 cup ice cubes

  9. Honey, extra, to serve

  10. Chocolate sprinkles, to serve

  1. Place the Frangelico, Baileys, Kahlua, cream, chocolate sauce, honey and ice cubes in the jug of a blender. Blend until smooth.

  2. Place extra honey in a bowl. Place chocolate sprinkles on a plate. Dip the rim of each serving glass in honey, then in chocolate sprinkles to coat. Divide the cream mixture among the glasses to serve.
