  1. Recipe Instructions Rub flank steak with Dijon mustard. Marinate, covered, 6 to 8 hours in refrigerator. Coat both sides of steak with fresh ground black pepper. Grill 6 to 8 minutes per side or to desired degree of doneness. Slice on the bias of the grain. This recipe yields 6 servings.
