  1. 1 1/2 cups 93g / 3 1/3oz Oats - uncooked

  2. 2 teaspoons 10ml Paprika

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Garlic powder

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  5. 3 Egg whites

  6. 3 tablespoons 45ml Red pepper sauce

  7. 3 Chicken breasts - cut in strips

  8. No stick cooking spray

  9. 1/4 cup 59ml Yogurt - plain low-fat

  10. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Blue cheese dressing

  1. Blend dry ingredients in blender or food processor about 1 minute; place in shallow dish. in another dish, beat egg whites and pepper sauce.

  2. Lightly coat chicken strips W/ oat mixture; shake off excess. Dip into egg mixture; then again with oat mixture. Place on rack of broiler pan. spray evenly with no-stick cooking spray to coat completely, about 20 seconds.

  3. Broil about 4 inches from heat for 3 minutes. Remove completely from oven. Turn chicken pieces over; spray with no-stick cooking spray to coat, about 20 seconds. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. Combine yogurt and dressing. Serve as dip with chicken and celery sticks
