  6. 2 Whole chicken breasts, boned

  7. -and skinned

  8. 3 tb Butter

  9. 1 1/2 c Sliced mushrooms

  10. 2 ts All-purpose flour

  11. 2/3 c Water

  12. 1/4 c Frozen orange juice

  13. -concentrate, thawed

  14. 2 pk Instant chicken broth and -seasoning mix

  15. 11 oz Can Mandarin orange sections

  16. 1/2 c Thinly sliced green onions

  17. Cooked rice

  18. In large skillet, brown chicken in butter and set

  19. aside. In same skillet, cook mushrooms over high heat

  20. until liquid evaporates, about 1-2 minutes. Remove

  21. from heat. Sprinkle mushrooms with flour and stir fry

  22. quickly to combine. Gradually stir in water. Add

  23. orange juice and dry seasoning mix. Heat to boiling,

  24. stirring constantly. Reduce heat, add chicken and simmer about 3 minutes. Add orange sections and sprinkle with green onions. Serve over bed of rice.
