  1. 1 1/2 pounds center cut pork chops boned

  2. 1-2 tbsp shorten (or vegetable oil)

  3. 1/4 - 1/2 cup water

  4. 1/4 cup brown sugar

  5. 2 tbsp corn starch

  6. 1 tsp salt

  7. 1/4 cup vinegar

  8. 1 cup pineapple juice

  9. 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

  10. 3/4 cup green pepper, chopped

  11. 1/4 cup onion, thinly sliced

  12. 1 cup pineapple chunks

  1. Cut uncooked pork chops into strips 2 inches by 1/2 inch wide.

  2. Brown meat slightly in shortening (or oil); add water and vinegar. Cover adn simmer pork until cooked and tender.

  3. Combine brown sugar, corn starch, salt, pineapple juice and soy sauce; cook until slightly thick, stirring contstantly.

  4. Pour mixture over pork simmer on low for five minutes.

  5. Add green pepper, onion and pineapple chunks; simmer another 2 or 3 minutes more. Serve over fluffy white rice or noodles to complete the meal.
