  1. 1 lb. ground beef

  2. 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cheddar cheese soip

  3. 2 c. cooked macaroni drained

  4. 1 c. milk

  5. 1/2 tsp. salt

  6. 1/4 tsp. pepper

  7. 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onion rings divided

  8. 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese divided

  1. Grease 2 qt. casserole dish.

  2. Brown beef in skillet; add soup, macaroni, milk, salt and pepper. Add half of the onions. Pour half of mixture into prepared dish. Layer half of the Cheddar cheese on top. Add remaining ground beef mixture. Sprinkle on remaining cheese.

  3. Bake uncovered in a 350° for 15 - 20 minutes or until heated through. Yield: serves 4
