Fluffy Double Chocolate Pancakes

    1. 2 cups all-purpose buttermilk baking mix

    2. 3/4 cup milk

    3. 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

    4. 2 large eggs

    5. 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips Sweetened strawberries for accompaniment Sweetened whipped cream for accompaniment Chocolate syrup for accompaniment

    1. Stir baking mix, milk, chocolate syrup and eggs until blended in large bowl (batter will be thin). Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle; cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until lightly browned. Serve with sweetened strawberries, whipped cream and more chocolate syrup.
