  1. 2 1/2lb Beef brisket,

  2. 1" cubes

  3. 1 lb Lean pork, ground

  4. 1 x Large onion, chopped fine

  5. 2 T Wesson oil

  6. 3 x Garlic cloves, minced

  7. 2 T Diced green chilies

  8. 8 oz Tomato sauce

  9. 1 x Salt and pepper to taste

  10. 1 x Beef bouillon cube

  11. 12 oz Budweiser beer

  12. 1 1/4c Water

  13. 6 T Chili powder

  14. 2 1/2T Ground cumin

  15. 1/8t Dry mustard

  16. 1/8t Brown sugar

  17. 1 x Oregano, pinch

  1. + In a large kettle or Dutch oven, brown the Beef, Pork and Onions in hot Wesson Oil.

  2. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.

  3. Add remaining ingredients.

  4. Stir well.

  5. Cover and simmer 3 to 4 hours, until meat is tender and Chili is thick and bubbly.

  6. Stir occasionally.
