  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dijon mustard

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Olive oil

  4. 4 Anchovies - chopped

  5. Salt - to taste

  6. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  7. 1/3 Romaine lettuce head - torn bite size (large)

  1. Combine lemon juice and mustard in small bowl. Gradually whisk in olive oil. Add chopped anchovies. Season dressing with salt and pepper.

  2. Place lettuce in large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat.
