  1. 6 cups 1422ml Blackberries

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Water

  3. 6 cups 1188g / 41oz Sugar

  4. 3/4 cup 177ml Orange juice - (to 1 cup)

  5. 3 tablespoons 45ml Lemon juice - (to 4 tbspns)

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Grated orange peel

  1. Cook the berries with water until they are heated through. Rub through sieve and add sugar, fruit juices and grated peel. Cook over low heat until thick. Seal in hot, sterilized glasses.

  2. This recipe yields 6 six-ounce jars.
