  1. 1/2 C Butter

  2. 14 Packets SteviaPlus (I used half cup Diabetisweet, but will use all splenda next time)

  3. 1/2 C Splenda

  4. 1 Tablespoon Blackstrap or dark molasses

  5. 1 egg

  6. 1 C natural peanut butter (no sugar added creamy is best)

  7. 1/2 tsp salt

  8. 1/2 tsp baking soda

  9. 1/2 tsp vanilla

  10. 1 C Soy Powder (this is not soy flour, it is soy powder made from precooked soy beans...I have found it at most healthfood stores it has a much milder "flavor" than soy flour)

  11. 2 Tbs oat bran

  12. Using electric mixer, cream butter. Add the Sweeteners and molasses and cream again until well combined. Beat in the egg, the peanut butter, the salt, baking soda and vanilla. Finally beat in the soy powder and the oat bran.

  13. Butter cookie sheets or spray with non stick cooking spray. Roll dough into small balls, and place on a cookie sheet. Using the back of a fork press balls of dough flat, leaving criss-cross marks...bake for 10-12 minutes (watch carefully, they burn very very easily)
