  1. 1 pound(s) frozen bread dough , thawed 2 cup(s) pizza sauce

  2. green onion

  3. 1 package(s) (small) pepperoni

  4. 1 pound(s) shredded mozzarella cheese

  5. 1/2 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese

  6. Italian seasoning

  7. olive oil

  1. Preheat oven to 400*. Divide the thawed dough into four balls. On a lightly floured surface, roll each ball into a 6-inch rectangle.

  2. Spoon 1/2 cup of the pizza sauce into each circle and spread it out to the edges.

  3. Heat some of the olive oil in a saute pan over medium high heat. Cook the onion until soft (a few minutes).

  4. Cut the pepperoni into quarters, and sprinkle them and the green onions on the dough circles. Top with both cheeses.

  5. Roll each dough circle, jelly role style. Using a serated knife, cut each log into six slices. Place the slices on a lightly greased baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
