  1. 500g beef mince

  2. 2 Large brown onions (diced)

  3. 2 cloves garlic (crushed)

  4. 2x 400g tin crushed tomatoes

  5. 1x 400g tin red kidney beans

  6. 2tbsp Hot Chilli Powder

  7. 1tbsp ground cumin Seeds

  8. 1tbsp ground coriander Seeds

  9. Dash of worcestershire sauce

  10. Dash of Tabasco sauce

  11. salt and pepper to Taste

  12. Small amount of vegetable oil

  1. On a hot burner heat oil in a medium sized saucepan Add onion and garlic and cook till semi-transparent Add Chill, Cumin and Coriander and cook till fragrant (this doesn't take long)

  2. Break the mince up and brown in saucepan (3-5 minutes)

  3. Season the lot with Tabasco and Worcestershire Pour in the Tomatoes and Beans, then turn the heat down and allow to simmer for 30 minutes Serve with rice, cheese, sour cream, spring onion and whatever else takes your fancy.
