  1. 8 1/2 ounces cooked shrimp , shelled & deveined

  2. 1 1/2 ounces butter

  3. 2 ounces light cream cheese

  4. 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise

  5. 1 clove garlic , crushed

  6. 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  7. 1 pinch nutmeg

  8. 3 drops hot sauce (I prefer Tabasco)

  1. Beat cream cheese, butter and mayo with a fork.

  2. Process prawns finely and combine with other ingredients.

  3. Serve on diagonally sliced, toasted baguette.

  4. Keep warm in oven until ready to serve.
