  1. 8 oz Sharp cheddar cheese

  2. 1 t Salt

  3. 10 Slc bread, buttered/cubed

  4. 4 Eggs

  5. 2 c Milk

  6. 1 t French cream mustard

  1. (May substitute 1/2 t dry mustard)

  2. Cut cheese into pieces. Combine all ingredients in blender. Turn on high speed until thoroughly mixed.
