  1. 43A 1 c Graham cracker crumbs

  2. 3 tb Sugar

  3. 3 tb Margarine

  4. 16 oz Cream cheese

  5. 3/4 c Sugar

  6. 1/3 c Cocoa

  7. 2 Eggs

  8. 1 c Sour cream

  9. 2 tb Sugar

  10. 1 t Vanilla

  1. Combine crumbs; sugar, and margarine; press onto bottom and sides of 9" springform pan.Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, cocoa and vanilla, mixing on electric mixer until well blended. Blend in eggs; pour into crust. Bake at 375* for 30 minutes. Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla; carefully spread over cheesecake. Bake at 425*, 10 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan.
