  1. 250 g small spiral shaped pasta

  2. 1 (425 g) can tuna (drained)

  3. 1/2 white onion, chopped finely

  4. 1 cup corn kernel

  5. 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  6. salt and pepper

  1. Cook pasta to packet instructions drain and rinse in cold water.

  2. Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir until covered with mayonnaise.

  3. Use more or less mayo to suit individual taste.

  4. Serve at room temperature or chilled in fridge.

  5. Enjoy.
