  1. 600 g beef (thinly sliced)

  2. 1/4 cup yoghurt

  3. 2 pips cardamom

  4. 1/2 tsp salt

  5. 1 tsp brown sugar

  6. A: (to be roasted and finely ground)

  7. 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder

  8. 1 1/2 tbsp coriander seed

  9. 1 tsp cumin seed

  10. 2 tsp black peppercorn

  11. 1 tsp fenugreek seed

  12. B:

  13. 50 g sliced onions

  14. 15 g chopped ginger

  15. 1 g cloves

  16. 5 g sliced garlic

  17. 5 g curry leaves

  18. 5 tbsp oil

  1. Season beef slices with ingredients A for ½ hour Combine ingredients B and fry in 22cm casserole on power High for 4 ½ minutes, uncovered.

  2. Add in yoghurt, cardamoms and seasoned beef slices Cover and cook on power High for 4 minutes, then on Medium for 10 minutes.

  3. Add in sugar and salt.

  4. Standing time : 10 minutes
