  2. NEW POTATO SALAD (SATTERLY)

  6. 1 lb Potatoes, cubed

  7. Water for boiling

  8. 1 sm Bell pepper, red or green

  9. 1/2 tb Dried dill

  10. 1/2 tb Dried rosemary, crushed

  11. 2 tb Extra-Virgin olive oil

  12. 1 tb Malt vinegar

  13. 3 tb Onions, finely chopped

  14. Salt & pepper

  15. In a medium pot, cook quartered potatoes in salted

  16. water till tender.

  17. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a small

  18. bowl. Drain potatoes, add to the bowl & toss gently.

  19. Serve warm or at room temperature or cold.
