  1. 2 cans Del Monte ® Diced Tomatoes-No Salt Added

  2. 1 can Del Monte ® Cut Green Beans-No Salt Added

  3. 1 cup College Inn ® Fat Free & Lower Sodium Beef Broth

  4. 1-1/2 lb. stew beef , cut in 1-inch cubes

  5. 1/4 cup flour

  6. 2 Tbsp. olive oil

  7. 1 medium onion , chopped

  8. 3 cloves garlic , minced

  9. 2 Tbsp. dried basil

  10. 1 tsp. dried rosemary

  11. 1 cup dry red wine

  12. 3 cups cubed potatoes

  13. 2 carrots , cut into chunks

  14. 1/2 cup pitted ripe olives , cut in halves

  1. Directions 1. Combine meat and flour in plastic bag; toss to coat evenly.

  2. Brown meat in oil in 6-quart pot. Season with pepper if desired.

  3. Add onion, garlic, basil and rosemary; cook over medium heat; 5 minutes or until onion is tender.

  4. Add undrained tomatoes, broth and wine; cover and simmer about 35 minutes. Add potatoes, carrots and olives. Cook 35 minutes or until beef and vegetables are tender; stir in green beans and simmer 3 minutes.
