  2. 1 ts Minced pimiento-stuffed

  3. 1/8 ts Crumbled saffron threads -olive

  4. 2 tb Sherry vinegar (available 1/3 c Olive oil -at specialty foods shops Salt and pepper to taste -and some supermarkets)

  1. In a bowl whisk together the sugar, the saffron, the vinegar, the olive, and salt and pepper to taste, add the oil in a stream whisking and whisk the vinigrette until it is emusified.
