  1. 1/3 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup

  2. 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine

  3. 1 can (40 oz.) sweet potatoes , drained

  4. 1/3 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans

  1. BRING syrup and butter to boil in medium saucepan on medium heat; simmer on low heat 2 min.

  2. ADD sweet potatoes; stir to coat. Cook 10 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Beat with mixer until smooth.

  3. SPOON into serving dish; sprinkle with nuts.
