  1. 2/3 c. hot water

  2. 2 Tlb. margarine

  3. 2 c. chicken flavor stuffing mix

  4. 1 can crushed pineapple in syrup (8 1/4 oz.)

  5. 4 boneless chicken breasts

  6. 1 med. green bell pepper, chopped

  7. 2 Tlb. brown sugar

  8. 2 Tlb. vinegar

  9. 1/4 teas. ground

  1. Prepare chicken by rinsing in cold water and drying on paper toweling. Place on board and pound each to 1/4 inch thickness.Mix hot water and margarine in a bowl,stir in stuffing mix, pepper half the pineapple and half the syrup. Spoon stuffing evenly on chicken; roll up tightly. secure with toothpicks. Place in a greased baking pan with any remaining stuffing in the center. Mix remaining pineapple and syrup, sugar, vinegar and ginger together and spoon over chicken rolls. Bake at400^ for 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
