  4. 1 cup mozzarella cheese -- shredded

  5. 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese -- grated

  6. 1 tablespoon dried minced onion

  7. 1 teaspoon sugar

  8. 1 dash garlic salt and seasoned salt

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Serve with raw vegetables or tortilla chips. Yield: 3 1/2 cups.
