  6. 2 tablespoons Soy sauce

  7. 2 Clove garlic - finely chopped

  8. 1/2 cup Parsley - chopped

  9. 2 teaspoons Salt

  10. 1 cup Water

  1. *INGREDIENTS* Combine all ingredients in heavy saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Paint on meat surfaces before, once during and at the end of smoking. Keeps indefinitely refrigerated.
