  8. 2 teaspoons chopped mint leaves

  1. Wash squash and cut into thin, crosswise slices. Heat oil in large skilletover moderate heat (about 250 F). Add squash and garlic; cook about 10 to15minutes, until just tender, stirring occasionally. Add remainingingredients,cover and cook 5 minutes longer over moderately low heat (about 225 F).
