  1. 1/4 cup cooking oil

  2. 2 tablespoons honey

  3. 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  4. 2 tablespoons cider vinegar (or dry white wine)

  5. 2 tablespoons onion (minced)

  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  7. 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper

  8. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  9. 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

  10. 8 lamb loin or rib chops

  11. 4 shoulder

  1. Procedure:

  2. In small bowl, mix together all ingredients except lamb chops. Brush lamb chops generously with sauce and let stand one hour.

  3. Grill chops six to seven inches from hot coals for 12 to 15 minutes per side (or until desired doneness), brushing frequently with sauce.

  4. Serve chops with remaining sauce.
