  1. For Dosa :

  2. 1 cup raw rice

  3. ? cup urad dal

  4. 2 tbsp cooked rice

  5. 2 tbsp poha

  6. 5 to 7 methi

  7. oil for cooking

  8. For Potato Bhaji :

  9. 3 large potatoes, peeled and boiled

  10. 1 tsp mustard seeds

  11. 5 to 6 curry leaves

  12. 4 green onions, chopped

  13. a pinch haldi powder

  14. 2 tbsp grated coconut

  15. juice of lemon

  16. 1/4 cup coriander, chopped

  17. 2 tbsp oil

  18. salt to taste

  1. For the Potatoes Bhaji :

  2. Mash the potatoes and keep aside.

  3. Heat the oil in a pan and put the mustard seeds to it.

  4. When they crackle, put the curry leaves, green chillies and onions and stir till the onions turn golden brown.

  5. Put the mashed potatoes, turmeric, coconut, lemon juice coriander and salt and mix well.

  6. Take out from the heat and keep aside.

  7. For the Dosa :

  8. Wash the raw rice, urad dal and methi.

  9. Soak in a little water along with the poha and cooked rice for 2 hours.

  10. Grind to make a smooth paste with a little water. Cover and keep aside for at least 4 hours. Put salt and mix well.

  11. Heat a non-stick tava and grease it lightly with oil.

  12. When hot, pour a ladleful of the batter spread using a circular motion to make a thin dosa and cook on one side.

  13. Pour a little oil along the edges while cooking. When crispy, fold over and serve hot.

  14. Repeat the same procedure for the remaining batter.

  15. When the dosa is cooked, put some potato bhaji on it. roll to form a cylindrical shape.

  16. Ready to serve hot.
