  1. Layer 1:

  2. 1 C flour

  3. 1/2 C butter

  4. 1/2 C chopped pecan s

  5. Layer 2:

  6. 2 3 oz. pkgs. cream cheese

  7. 1 C powdered sugar

  8. 1 C Cool Whip

  9. Layer 3:

  10. 1 lg. pkg. chocolate instant pudding

  11. 3 C milk

  12. Extra Cool Whip

  1. Layer 1:

  2. Mix ingredients and press into 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until light brown. Let cool.

  3. Layer 2:

  4. Cut sugar into cream cheese. Blend in Cool Whip and pour over cool crust.

  5. Layer 3:

  6. Prepare instant pudding according to package instructions, using milk requested above. Let thicken a little before pouring over cream cheese layer.

  7. Refrigerate. Serve with extra Cool Whip on top.

  8. (Different flavors of pudding mix can be used)
