  2. 1 (2 pound) package mixed vegetables

  3. 1 pound snow peas

  4. 1/4 cup corn oil

  5. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  6. 1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix

  1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, oil and salad dressing mix; toss together. Add vegetables and cheese; mix well, cover and refrigerate over night.
