  1. 1 bunch bok choy

  2. 1 bunch green onion

  3. 1/2 cup olive oil

  4. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

  5. 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

  6. 3/4 cup brown sugar (or less to taste)

  7. 1/2 cup pdiced almonds

  8. 1/4 cup sesame seed

  9. 3 tablespoons olive oil

  10. 1 (50 ml) package mr noodles, crumbles (noodles only)

  1. Rinse and dry bok choy. Break up leaves and chop stalks. Chop green onion into medium-sized chunks,.

  2. Combine dressing ingredients. Boil for 2 minutes; allow to cool. Brown noodle mix items in a frying pan.

  3. Just before serving, combine the noodle mix and dressing with greens. Serve immediately.

  4. Makes 8 side-dish servings.

  5. NOTE: You can change this just a little bit by reducing the sugar by 2/3 and adding chopped orange segments. ?
